ARE YOU HAVING CART ISSUES?

It has come to our attention that Isolated Customers have been having issue with their shopping carts appearing empty on Google Chrome Browser when visiting the cart page.

This issue appears to be due to a browser cookie saved on your system from a previous version of our website and due to security reasons we can not simply delete old cookies on your system for you.

 

THE QUICK FIX

Open what is known as an “INCOGNITO WINDOW” to do your shopping.  This bypasses your user settings within your browser and acts as a new user and will allow you to shop right away once signed in.

THE OFFICIAL FIX

Go into your browser cookies and delete any that are Fundy Tactical related and Refresh Our Site within your browser. 

  • At the top right of your Google Chrome Browser, click the three vertical dots to Open the "More Menu"
  • Click On "Settings"
  • Under "Privacy and security," Click "Site settings"
  • Click "Cookies"
  • Locate and Click "See all cookies and site data"
  • At the top right, Locate the "Search cookies" entry box
  • Enter the word "fundy"
  • Remove any cookies found by clicking the trash icon

ANOTHER OPTIONAL FIX

Hard refreshing of your browser history for this site is done by the following key combinations on your keyboard:

Windows: ctrl + F5

Mac/Apple: Apple + R     (command + R)
